Troop Spaghetti Dinner & Court of Honor

Thursday, June 5 @ 6:00 PM. Scouts should wear their full uniforms, including neckerchiefs.

Cost is only $5.00 per person. If you did not pay last Thursday, please RSVP via e-mail by this Wednesday, June 4 (and you can pay at the door). Each patrol member is asked to contribute the following to supplement the meal:

Warrior -- Bag of Salad        Cherokee -- Bottles of Soda/Juice        Brave -- Loaf of Italian Bread

Silent Auction
Each family is asked to donate a homemade baked good, wrapped in plastic, as well as any other potential resale items, for the silent auction. Resale item ideas include gift items, toys and games, electronics, gift certificates, collectibles, etc., as long as they're near-new and in good conditions. Everything will be put up for bid! Just bring your items with you on Thursday and we'll provide a bid sheet. And be sure to bring your checkbook!

Members should wear their sashes!

Troop T-Shirts
Order forms are attached and are due this week. Remember, all Scouts attending summer camp must have a t-shirt. Long-sleeve and hooded sweatshirts are also available. Minimum troop order is 30, so be sure to get your form in!

OA: Summer Fellowship Weekend
June 6-8 @ Rodney Scout Reservation. No inductions, just fun and fellowship. Lodge Officer elections will also take place. OA members may register online or, if it's too late, let me know that you'd like to attend..

Camping: Assateague National Seashore (Beach Camping)
June 13-15. Tent camping. Space is limited! Scouts and leaders will enjoy the sun, sand and surf. $15.00 cash and sign-ups due this week.

Florida Sea Base 2009
Just a reminder that a spot is available for any eligible Scout or adult. For everyone else, the next payment of $300.00 is due by the end of June in order to secure airline tickets. I'll start collecting the $300.00 this week. Please try to turn it in by the Court of Honor, or you may mail it to me before the end of June.
