Troop Meeting
Thursday @ 7:00 PM. Scouts will continue working on advancement; all
advancement must be completed by tonight to be recognized at next week's Court
of Honor. Anyone without outstanding MB requirements need to turn them in
tonight!. Scouts will begin planning for June's
camping trip, for which $15.00 is due. $5/person due for next week's Court of
Honor. Troop elections will also be held.
Troop T-Shirts
Order forms are attached and are due by June 5. Remember, all Scouts attending
summer camp must have a t-shirt. Long-sleeve and hooded sweatshirts are also
available. Minimum troop order is 30, so be sure to get your form in!
Troop Committee Meeting
Sunday, June 1 @ 7:00 PM. All troop leaders and parents are encouraged
to attend. We'll be coordinating next week's dinner and Court of Honor.

OA: Summer Fellowship Weekend
June 6-8 @ Rodney Scout Reservation. No inductions, just fun and fellowship.
Lodge Officer elections will also take place. OA
members may register
online.
Camping: Assateague National Seashore (Beach Camping)
June 13-15. Tent camping. Space is limited! Scouts
and leaders will enjoy the sun, sand and surf. $15.00 cash
and sign-ups due this Thursday.
Summer Camp 2008
August 10-16 @ Rodney Scout Reservation. We now have twenty-six Scouts
registered for the week, and only two full-time adults. We are still in
desperate need of adults who can spend all or part of the week at camp. For complete details click here.
Don't forget to schedule a physical exam with your doctor if necessary. Medical
forms can be downloaded here. 2nd year
and older campers can download the program descriptions and schedule here
and should let me know as soon as possible what Merit Badges and activities
they want to participate in. Remember, Scouts must fill at least three periods
with Merit Badges or scheduled activities.
