PLC
Thursday @ 6:00 PM. Our final PLC of the troop year. All youth leaders are expected to attend.

Troop Meeting
Thursday @ 7:00 PM. Patrols will finish planning for the Jamboree and Scouts will continue on advancement. $30/Scout (or $20/Adult) is due for the Jamboree if not yet paid. $290.00 balance due for Summer Camp (if $265 not yet paid). Bring any MB homework.

Camping: Killens Pond State Park (Del-Mar-Va Council Jamboree)
May 2-4. Tent camping. An expected 4,000 Scouts and Scouters from across Del-Mar-Va Council will gather at Killens Pond State Park for the "Footprints through Time" themed Jamboree. We can still take sign-ups through Wednesday; let me and your patrol leader know. $30.00/Scout (or $20.00/Adult) due on Thursday if not yet paid. Patrol Leaders should make sure their menus are complete and that grub masters are prepared to shop before leaving on Friday. Eligible OA Ordeal members can register online to complete their Brotherhood conversion while at the Jamboree! Final details for the weekend will be discussed on Thursday.  WE STILL NEED ANOTHER ADULT DRIVER OR TWO!

Troop Committee Meeting
Sunday, May 4 @ 7:00 PM. All troop leaders and parents are encouraged to attend.

Wilmington Flower Market Volunteer Day
Saturday, May 10, 2008. Scouts will help run concessions and direct parking. Please sign-up the Thursday before. Volunteers should wear red t-shirts and khaki shorts.

OA: Section NE-4C Conclave
May 16-18 @ Camp Spencer, Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation. OA members from area Lodges will gather for fun and fellowship. I encourage all OA members to attend. Register online and be sure to let me know if you're planning to attend.

Summer Camp 2008
August 10-16 @ Rodney Scout Reservation. Discounted $265.00 balances were due last week but are being accepted through Wednesday. If you do not paid your $265 by Wednesday then you must now pay the regular balance of $290.00. For complete details click here. Boy Account statements were mailed out last week. Also, we need additional adults for part or all of the week. Lastly, don't forget to schedule a physical exam with your doctor if necessary. Medical forms can be downloaded here.
