Troop Meeting
Thursday, January 17 @ 7:00 PM. Younger Scouts will continue to work on rank advancement and should bring their handbooks. Older Scouts will continue to work on their merit badges or on their Eagle requirements. Those taking Personal Management merit badge need to bring in their homework (Parents, please remind your sons about this!). Also, patrols will prepare any menu items in advance for this weekend. $15.00 due for January camping (if not yet paid). And anyone still owing for either the Statue of Liberty or the NBC Studio tour should bring their payment this week.

Camping: Roosevelt Scout Reservation (Frostbite)
January 18-20, 2008. Scouts will brave the cold at Roosevelt while camping in Adirondack shelters. Activities will include firebuilding, cooking and hiking. $15.00 was due January 3. We'll be leaving from the church on Friday at 6:00 PM and returning on Sunday between 11AM and Noon.

Pancake Breakfast
Saturday, February 16 @ Silverside Church. Scouts should be aggressively selling tickets. Remember, the goal is 15 or more tickets sold per Scout. Remember, all proceeds will go towards the troop's trailer fund in support of our camping program. If you were not at last week's meeting make sure you get your tickets this week. All Scouts are expected to participate in this, the only fundraiser that directly benefits the troop.
